They are all caring, cheerful and above all professional. Our staff are well supported by the management team and the Early Years Childcare Development Partnership (EYCDP), to ensure any training needs are identified and supported.
At Salisbury Street our Staff understand that working in partnership with parents/carers is essentail to ensure that 'seamless' care is provided for your child.
The nursery is run by a Manager and Deputy who are supported by room co-ordinators suitably qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. We also have a team of Nursery Assistants who are qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 and trainee Nursery Assistants who together maintain the appropriate staff/child ratios at all times.
